Porter Roofing & Restoration LLC warrants to the original property owner that any roof installation procedures performed will be free from workmanship defects for 5 years after the date of completion. In addition to this roof coverage, Porter Roofing & Restoration LLC warrants siding for 3 years and gutters for 1 year from workmanship defects.

This warranty covers workmanship only. Should you experience an event of workmanship defect, please contact Porter Roofing & Restoration by phone or in writing when you first experience the problem. Immediate contact is extremely important in preventing further damage.

In any case of such issue, Porter Roofing & Restoration promises to repair or replace any defect of workmanship within the 5-year warranty period at no expense to the owner.

This warranty can transfer ownership once per the 5-year warranty period. Please contact Porter Roofing & Restoration upon property ownership change for warranty ownership transfer.
